@aigomorla You could also ask "Saitama can easily kill a Mosquito right?" and the answer is "Well yes, but actually no.". He gets often buffed and nerfed for comedic relief.

@Amplify ONE writes most of the changes but Murata also adds some of his ideas if ONE approves them. The kick to the moon for example was Murata's idea. Genos vs Elder Centipede was also Murata's wish and ONE told him that he can draw it but Elder Centipede must be undamaged after that fight.

@XL Saitama is in this chapter. Are you blind? Also, whatever gives a manga its name doesn't have to be in every chapter. The Dragonballs didn't appear in every chapter either. Far from it. The One Piece didn't really make an appearance at all. And don't get me started on Bleach...
