Ore ni wa Kono Kuragari ga Kokochi Yokatta —Zetsubou kara Hajimaru Isekai Seikatsu, Kami no Kimagure de Kyousei Haishinchuu— - Vol. 5 Ch. 29

I'd say it's more he's only just started to climb out of his mental issues, and certainly hasn't gotten to a particularly healthy place yet. Plus, Rifreya is from a prominent family and he doesn't even have a history in this world, so couldn't explain his presence, and her family as Temple...

Ore ni wa Kono Kuragari ga Kokochi Yokatta —Zetsubou kara Hajimaru Isekai Seikatsu, Kami no Kimagure de Kyousei Haishinchuu— - Vol. 5 Ch. 29

That'd be a weird place to end. From the looks of the thumbnails: I think it would have been better to round things off here rather than go only that much further.

Ore ni wa Kono Kuragari ga Kokochi Yokatta —Zetsubou kara Hajimaru Isekai Seikatsu, Kami no Kimagure de Kyousei Haishinchuu— - Vol. 5 Ch. 29

If there are only six chapters left until the manga finishes, that's quite strange. The novel goes quite a bit further and has several more arcs. There's quite a lot left to go, building off the character development Hikaru has made to this point.

Ore ni wa Kono Kuragari ga Kokochiyo Katta: Zetsubou kara Hajimaru Isekai Seikatsu, Kami no Kimagure de Kyousei Haishinchuu - Vol. 4 Ch. 23

The author said he only wrote the first half-or-so of the story he could imagine, but it was an experiment in his writing in the first place so it's not exactly like saying he only wrote half the planned story. He rounds it off well, with satisfying conclusions to the problems the story started...

Ore ni wa Kono Kuragari ga Kokochiyo Katta: Zetsubou kara Hajimaru Isekai Seikatsu, Kami no Kimagure de Kyousei Haishinchuu - Vol. 4 Ch. 23

It ended at an acceptable point, but the author did say it was only about half of the story and a lot of threads were left hanging. I live in hope it gets picked up some time, I consider this one of the better WNs I've read.

Dorei wo Choukyoushite Harem Tsukuru - Ch. 48

Yeah, I'll place myself amongst those who reckoned Daisy was the eldest, Ruberry was second and Conia would be the youngest. Huh, go figure.

Dorei wo Choukyoushite Harem Tsukuru - Ch. 40

It's good the see the Bright Slap being kept alive, even across franchises. Now not just for wangsty mech pilots! Slap the fail out of anyone!

Tonikaku Kawaii - Vol. 15 Ch. 145 - About that loss

Sorry, is this arc really saying "Hey, you have amnesia due to brain damage from significant trauma, how dare you you unforgivable bastard." Isn't there any sort of limit as to how much someone can be blamed for things outside their control?

Sekai de Tada Hitori no Mamonotsukai: Tenshoku shitara Maou ni Machigawaremashita - Vol. 5 Ch. 21 - The Iron Will

Really? This chapter has been out for three-quarters of an hour and no-one has said the obvious yet? I am disappoint.

    Valhalla Otintin-kan - Vol. 1 Ch. 3 - Welcumming Blowjob

The entire manga is cringe, the meme translation only adds enough extra cringe to cross the line twice and make reading worth it.

Otomege Sekai wa Mob ni Kibishii Sekai desu - Vol. 5 Ch. 25 - Sky Pirate Subjugation III

I can kinda agree with him in this case though. Most of the time, when you get an MC trying to pull back from another character it's because of cheap drama, sure, but going on here you have other people, multiple other people, telling him that he's been sabotaging her wellbeing by doing too much...

Mazumeshi Elf to Yuboku gurashi - Vol. 2 Ch. 10 - The first meetup with a fellow Earthling

@Tangtay You mean rotten fish, rotten beans, fish sperm, maggot cheese, brains, eyeballs, snails etc etc I think the worst British cooking ever did was turn anything they could catch into a pie. Is pastry such a threatening thing? Or here in Scotland, we deep-fry anything we can fit into the...

The Magical Revolution of the Reincarnated Princess and the Genius Young Lady - Vol. 1 Ch. 3

As I say, maybe it's just my interpretation going in a different direction. If the LN and the manga have refined the characters and scenes to be more in line with the author's intent, it can be assumed that the comedy is what is supposed to be taken from the work. I took the maid's comments far...

The Magical Revolution of the Reincarnated Princess and the Genius Young Lady - Vol. 1 Ch. 3

@JKTV It's not too dissimilar from the manga, but without any of the qualifiers which reassure both Euphie and the reader that she has restraint and will consider Euphie's wishes. The WN (not LN, my mistake, perhaps the LN is adding such elements like the manga is) seems to suggest that Anise is...

The Magical Revolution of the Reincarnated Princess and the Genius Young Lady - Vol. 1 Ch. 3

Having read the LN, I get the distinct impression that the manga really has to reach sometimes to make Anise's actions humourous rather than borderline abusive. Maybe it's just me, but the LN had the maid's attitude be much more serious rather than played for laughs, she really seemed to resent...

Shokei Sareta Kenja wa Lich ni Tensei Shite Shinryaku Sensou wo Hajimaru - Vol. 1 Ch. 3.2

@Solipsist That isn't how I interpreted what he was saying. He's saying an external threat unifies people who would otherwise fight with each other, but the heroine and her group, including him, were so powerful they made that external threat less significant, eventually getting rid of it...
