@Add1152000 for one, it wasn't the guys that tried to kill him that denied paying the reward money. for two, it's suspicious as hell when someone shows up at level one and beats someone 20~30x their level one sided-ly, it's pretty natural to suspect they have some skill that conceals their stats...
