This has to be the fastest introduction of a new character this series has ever seen. Normally it feels like there are a hundred chapters before we see someone for a second time.

I've been looking around for a while now, and as far as I can find there is no official English translation. It has been a dead end for me, but the best lead I've found is a wordpress site called "ohatla translations" that lists 4 essays as translated. However, they're all password protected...

That is Nishiguchi. He went to school with the three of them. I'm 99% sure his first appearance was in Chapter 1136 - Feelings That Can't Go Untold.

I know of one person who translated this and, if you're talking about who I think you're talking about, then their own words are actually "I don't mind my scans being distributed but they should not be posted on MD."
