I just 'read' the last chapter. By 'read' I mean, I skimmed it...and missed nothing. With 12 more chapters remaining, if things keep on the current trajectory, it's going to end up being crap...subject to a mercy killing.

"Oh Jeebus, another Villainess story," Chicken thought before checking a few chapters...and then another...and then another. "...Yeah, this'll do."

I tried, but I can't hang. It's not a 1, but I'm just not enjoying this one. The fan service is nice and all, but that's all there is now. It's just not a fun read. To those of you that press on, I salute your fortitude.

Every now and again, having a little chuckle at the end of the chapter really, really helps diffuse the heavy nature of this manga.

I kinda like the cover--it's an homage to The Phantom of the Paradise, which is actually a pretty good flick.

This is kinda the definition of "Meh". It's not great. It's not awful. It's just bland. It's the unflavored oatmeal of harem manga. It's the "Cheerios in Water" of harem manga. It's the dry white toast of harem manga.

This April Fools gag didn't make me mad. Good on yer.

I hope the next cover is less sad.
