I do that from time to time. But I've had many cases where I would make the wrong call to compile the parts into a single release, just to have the publisher push out more parts later on. The numbering for the chapter ends up awkward that way.

The publisher splits it into parts for release. We don't do it ourselves. We try to collect all of the parts together for a batch release, or at least most of one.

We were already working on this. It was a mere coincidence. We've been backlogged due to real life, but things have shaped up and we now have more free time to catch up with all of our series.
