@TNT261 It's not so strange. Spanish doesn't have a word for meat patty either, both are "hamburguesa". One figures it out by context, or you specify it somewhat awkwardly like "carne de hamburguesa" (hamburger meat) or such.

Indeed, I don't think it's a bug. However, IIRC uMatrix has it on by default and in this day and age there's been a slow but steady rise in usage of privacy tools, it's worth considering giving a bit of help for those that aren't quite as savvy.

The real issue here is that having content warnings at the manga level is unsustainable. Those tags should reflect the work as a whole, not specific scenes within it. Create a tagging system on the chapter level for various kinds of strong content (sex, violence, etc), allow scanlators to add...
