@Nk9bjP4A I would say you need to read more Isekai and not just manga adaptation of Isekai. This here is an original isekai manga, and on LN there's many good series.

This isn't a harem, this is a polyamory manga. Harem is when more than two characters are interested on the MC, which isn't the case here as there's two girls interested on him and together now since the beginning. There's a reason for why this isn't marked as harem there, rightfully.

@Bruhmius Very few Isekai on manga have anime since the 2010s. Majority of what it gets are LN adaptations.

This wasn't a poll only on JP. Like all Jump+ titles for quite some time, anyone could go to the site and vote on it. JP readers obviously would be the most there considering how they actually use the website/app to read the manga, but there was many from overseas as well that got the link.
