Usogui - Vol. 27 Ch. 290 - The Man Behind The Scenes

@catx3 Mogami should be fully aware of the placements of the two players, right? If she thought the attack should've went through, that'd mean Kakerou was wrong/lied about the inability to move ships after the game began. I wonder if Kakerou would have a reason to lie like that. It's also a...

Usogui - Vol. 27 Ch. 290 - The Man Behind The Scenes

That miss seems so sketchy. Why is Gakuto confused by it happening? I think it's normal for that corner to be empty when there's a ship right below it. Maybe we'll get to see Voja vs Hachina soon. I wonder how strong the two of them are anyway.

    Usogui - Vol. 27 Ch. 288 - Kaji-kun→Kaji→You

@fire Do you mean the match, or something else? I agree that the Battleship game is pretty simple, but given that this was Lacy's game of choice, he probably has some form of cheat set in place for it, that makes use of the "system" so it's not invalid by Kakerou rules.

Usogui - Vol. 27 Ch. 286 - Implant Indirect Parasite

As ever, thanks for the chapter, Team Duwang! So Hachina snuck onto the boat with the shipping containers. Considering the Kakerou match, he may look to set up some failsafes if Gakuto ends up losing. I wonder what strategy for placements Kaji will opt for, assuming he'll convince Gakuto to let...

    Usogui - Vol. 27 Ch. 285 - Playing On A Boat

So they're on a ship, playing Battleship. Huh. So Lacy is the one proposing the game? He definitely has to have some sort of cheat in place already if that's the case.

    Usogui - Vol. 26 Ch. 283 - Colombian Necktie

Man, that's extremely disturbing, I'm tempted to look it up but I damn well know I'm going to be sickened by seeing it on real people. Voja has a longer lock of hair, similar to the Kiruma family. I wonder if it will have any bearing in the upcoming chapters. I don't think he's the Leader in...

    Usogui - Vol. 26 Ch. 282 - Gallop

@Lithe you could be right about that, actually. Kaji's been a catalyst for a lot of the major events that Baku's caused or been involved in. Ranging from the Labyrinth game, to Suteguma (the Kuramagumi) showing up for the Tower match. Kaji meeting Souichi is almost definitely not part of a...

Usogui - Vol. 26 Ch. 280 - The Mysterious Guest

@Ghetsis You shoulda used Kaji from an earlier chapter so it looked even more ridiculous. Even so, I burst out in laughter seeing it. As for Baku's comment, since the panel before it is a framed photo, I'm pretty sure it's from before Kaji and Marco came into his life. Maybe it ties into why he...

Usogui - Vol. 26 Ch. 279 - The Mind Of The Puppet

@catx3 It's really a weird line I feel, since what you said could be true, but he also definitely remembers his own father, the Leader of Kakerou, even if he doesn't remember his own past gambles. So for him to drop a line like that is very confusing.

Usogui - Vol. 26 Ch. 279 - The Mind Of The Puppet

Based on what we can figure out so far, Hachina doesn't know about his challenge with Baku, since he likely doesn't realize he is the current leader of Kakerou. I don't think Baku met Hachina before Kakerou though, so it's probable that Hachina has no idea about Baku right now. That being said...

Usogui - Vol. 25 Ch. 272 - The People Who Leave Will Forget

Now that we know for sure Eba is dead (at least, as sure as we can be with this manga), the question on my mind is what does Souichi remember at this point. Did Souichi forget everything in between starting from whatever he last remembers up until the present? If so, was he turned leader while...

Usogui - Vol. 25 Ch. 271 - Encircle The Bee

@the9813 It wasn't directly said, but in chapter 269 Tatsuki is remembering something Souichi said to him, which we took to mean that Tatsuki is the father of Souichi.

Usogui - Vol. 25 Ch. 271 - Encircle The Bee

@catx3 Is Baku able to hear what Nowa is saying in that page? I do agree if he is able to listen to what Nowa is saying, he might already know what's happening to Leader. Since Eba talked about reimplanting memories, I think you're right on the money with the brainwashing angle. In fact, the...

Usogui - Vol. 25 Ch. 271 - Encircle The Bee

Both of the exchanges shown on the foreshadowing pages, Yakou talking to Leader, and Baku talking to Souichi during hangman, lead me to think that Baku might actually know about this condition of his, not that it's that big of a deal from what we can see so far. Also, it's interesting that...

    Usogui - Vol. 25 Ch. 270 - Fugitive

So the implication is that Tatsuki is the only one who can revert Souichi (and perhaps "Eba", but I'm starting to think that's the name of this personality), which would be why Nowa is freaking out over resuscitating Tatsuki. Both of the split personalities we just saw were fighters, so I'm...

Usogui - Vol. 25 Ch. 269 - The End And The Start

@catx3 That was a good read, I agree with a lot of the things that you wrote. It did remind me of an important detail/question as well: Why was Yakou the exclusive referee of Baku? Up until the hangman gamble, Kaji was the Kakerou member, so Yakou was his exclusive referee. Why then, is Yakou...

Usogui - Vol. 25 Ch. 269 - The End And The Start

I think on page 14, it should be prize instead of price. So Souichi is Tatsuki's son, unless I'm seriously misunderstanding that scene. Which means they both knew of Eba somehow. My guess is something crazy like Eba is also a son of Tatsuki, but I'm not sure if an inheritance battle over...

    Usogui - Vol. 25 Ch. 268 - A Greedy Man

@catx3 @tack215 You guys are right, I wasn't thinking far enough ahead with the peroxide. If the man's goal was to expose his own ceremony as rigged, then he'd literally suffer the consequences right after. I was thinking that Kyara would determine the vial that was untouched as water and let...

    Usogui - Vol. 25 Ch. 268 - A Greedy Man

I think the person's goal was to make Kyara recognize the vial as peroxide and then invalidate the real game, which is why he literally threw it at Kyara. And then Kyara basically ignores it for Baku's sake. I think in this case biting his lip is literal (clearly), but the idea is that Kyara...
