Totally agree with you on this one. Also, Sou is usually quite composed during games, but in that last game he said that Eisuke "wasn't his real dad anyway" - which is so beyond heartless that actually looks like his own way to deal with the trauma of loss.

It's a mistranslation, they call him Shouhei in the raws. Double weird since he was properly called Shouhei in the beginning of the chapter.

Yeah, I had to double check the translation, because it just seemed so surreal for Seinan to walk Sou in that situation lol (not to mention letting fast Ryou on second). But then again, Ryou did hit the very first pitch of Nishimura that inning, so they had their reasons not to risk pitching to Sou.

My brains are currently fried, so I'll (probably) take a break from translating for a day. Sorry about it! People saying thanks in the comments - I really appreciate it! It's always energizing to know that there's someone who's waiting for your work to be done.
