As far as I know, I don't think such a feature currently exists on this site. Although I think it would certainly be nice to have. I've occasionally wanted to link to a thread that I've posted in previously, so I had to trawl through all the forum pages one by one to find it again :P

I think that left-alignment would look better, because with center alignment, none of the usernames would line up at all because they're all different lengths. That said, the left-aligned name right now is slightly misaligned with the image, and this has been faintly bugging me recently...
