@Lilliwyt Yes, kanji may have multiple readings. Sometimes the amount of different readings of the same character is insanely high (for example, "生" - "to live" - has more than one hundred different readings as a part of different words).

@Ezlsnow I'm not sure that they've already engraved those words on their rings (it can't be done in five minutes, I think). So they'll come back to take the rings with engraving later. Or maybe Arisa and Mari will come again to buy some other accessory.

@grom Yeah, I suppose they are. Actually, some jokes might be missed because it's a translation, not an adaptation: in official English releases translators rewrite jokes that can't be understood without appropriate cultural background, add new ones where there were no jokes in the source...
