@Catfishlover339 It means a company has purchased a license to distribute the manga in some English-speaking country, so it's possible (or will be possible before long) to buy at least some of the volumes in English. In Spice and Wolf's case, Yen Press licensed it years ago...

This manga's raws are pretty darn hard to read. I just spent 3 evenings doing so and didn't understand several lines even with a dictionary. 😛
