Okay, kind of a mixed follow-up to the mess that was chapter 8. On the plus side the character exposition for chapter two thug is okay, although the hamfisted setup of the inevitable tournament arc is pretty iffy. I also like the idea that a low-level thug is taking his back-to-back ass beatings...
