I think it's going to stay the same unless they change when Harold tells her or have Erika let it slip she knows for drama. Harold is still trying to force Erika to the heros party.

I agree this relationship isn't going to end well. Nozaki is a slow paced man and his girl is pedal to the metal. She also seems needy based on her lonely comment. Author needs Nozaki to say no and talk about them slowing down but I just see author having this crash and burn.
