A badly written Shoujo isekai. Most of what's going on in it was done better in other works before. I fully support a resurgence of Adventure Shoujos though.
The translation for this is hard to read, and the action scenes on the pitch aren't well drawn. The team he inherited is inspired by Bolton Wanderers which i guess is kinda cool. The premise i'll say is great, but it's not a very good series all things considered.
Yup, this series is getting really difficult to follow along because of that, I'd need to re-read the whole thing for the 3rd time because i have zero idea who the people in this chapter were or why they matter. Might be better to just wait for this series to be completed then binge it, but it's...
He lost the plot pretty early on, around the time the rubber girl showed up. Everything after that was not well paced and he needed to flesh the characters better one at a time, with a smaller cast. Zatch Bell didn't have this problem because he could always have a character get their book...
I can see why he decided to axe this. While the gags are funny at times none of the characters are interesting or well developed, with most of them being like worse knockoffs of characters from his other manga, Zatch Bell.
It was relatively big on other places as well and the anime was broadcast for quite a while, it's just not as big as the likes of One Piece, Naruto or even Yugioh which aired at the same time and overshadowed it and it also ended way sooner than those, right before social media became a big...
re-reading this, he's by a mile the worst villain in the series because his powers are complete overpowered nonsense. Zeon had a very well designed skillset and a backstory that justifies him being that powerful. This guy is basically an isekai cheat character, strong because he has to be and...
This drops the ball later. It's like they didn't know how to develop the whole "stuck in a reincarnation loop" premise so went standard cliche romance and it's really just not well done.
I'm not sure how on earth the Rossos could feasibly be any sort of threat to him or more than a mild annoyance to Tempest. Not after the conclusion of this arc.
So i'll ask you, what gave you the impression that Rosso can be any threat to Tempest nevermind Rimuru.
At this point his nation is...
I'm actually wondering if this chapter isn't from before VAR was a thing, or at least the author wants to keep it as in timeline as possible. The game itself changed a lot since this began serialization.
