I concur, but in hindsight I think I blindly picked this up because it had the Isekai tag. I'm not sure I would have found this, and picked it up, otherwise.

I think that's the goal of these tag salad setups. The more keywords they use, the easier it is for you to find a given manga by chance. And if the series holds up on its own, you'll forgive the creators for baiting you, won't you?
Stories don't rely on all the themes they include equally, either. You have mangas where the isekai angle has zero plot relevance, or ones where the MC's cheat skill is largely sidelined.

It's not often an Isekai protag doesn't immediately regain his memories of his past life or at least become aware of his past self. The angle of being confused by the past memories and unable to properly parse them is interesting. The hint of visualizing spells through video games might lead us there, or maybe not. I find a story where he's still somewhat oblivious to his earthly life more interesting. Either way, let down that this wasn't a traditional fantasy story, but it's still entertaining.
