It is very similar in the first volume! The second volume onward looks more different because Hanekoto drew her more 'colder'. Oh, also, compare Mahiru (Vol 1), Cecilia, and Kagami, and they're (almost) interchangeable. I swear Hazano can only draw six faces. I still love his art style though...

One of the LN's strengths is its writing. It's especially great in describing the situation while also explaining Amane's and Mahiru's thoughts. Definitely let my imagination run wild. This is something that is missing from the anime; they are doing 'show, don't tell' (which is good), but...

Compared to the LN, the manga definitely feels sweeter. Personally, I prefer the LN since I feel like Mahiru is slightly more 'ice' than 'sugar' at this stage, but both are good. Thanks for the translation!

This ends mid-way on Volume 2 Chapter 3. I do recommend reading the novels from the beginning though, since the writing covers a bit more than the manga. Not that much, but I think it's worth the time.

The problem is that if you start with a niche, people typically follow you for that niche. Seldom posting about side interests is fine, but it can be a bit annoying if they suddenly change direction. For example, let's say I follow an account that shares news about romance and fluffy manga...
