I had the exact same reaction when I first saw the panel (mostly because of the hairstyle). I guess that's actually the case as she already did a Marin Kitagawa cosplay (chap 28).

To be honest it's "almost" a coincidence, actually it's mostly related to the fact that serialization on Manga-Up started exactly one year ago on 05/05.
