Been 4 years and people are STILL bringing up SA shit as if this series doesn't run on doujin logic. Just laugh at the absurdity and move on, Christ.

Ainosenbiki ~Mama Katsu Shitara Mama ga Dekita Hanashi~ - Vol. 1 Ch. 2 - An Unexpected Reunion

Waiting for the plot twist to be that the father is fully in on Saki's bullshit, and just wants a chance to get rid of his son. For someone who was recently re-married, he told his son nothing until the last second and was TOO quick to bail. Sus.

    Noa-senpai wa Tomodachi. - Vol. 4 Ch. 31 - Noa-Senpai and Fortune Telling

It's always nice when the author is self-aware. It gives the impression that there's actually a plan.

    Asako - Vol. 5 Ch. 21

These developments went by way too fast. This and the previous chapter were pretty chaotic, but in a mostly good/fun way. Still, this needed more foreshadowing. Jumping from just meeting this guy to helping him crossdress at the drop of a hat is a bit much. The previous girl (who was "friends"...

Boy's Abyss - Ch. 183 - They Were the Boys and Girls of That Town

Asking why Yuko ended up in jail is not a fault of the ending, you just didn't pay attention to certain scenes. Gen revealed that Yuko provoked him into murdering her husband. The police never took action because Yuko was hospitalized at the time. Gen did not get married in jail. This is not...

there is plenty of indication lol. You literally saw him.

Boy's Abyss - Ch. 183 - They Were the Boys and Girls of That Town

It is definitely ambiguous. I moreso meant that the poster was inserting too much when the meaning is simply that Esemori was finally accepting Yuko and doing something right for her, which finally set Reiji and Yuko free. Whether he's actually the father didn't matter in this context.

Boy's Abyss - Ch. 183 - They Were the Boys and Girls of That Town

That's a stupid interpretation. Yuko has never been described as delusional to my knowledge. Never had the luxury. She always believed Esemori was the father, so that must have been plausible to her.

Boy's Abyss - Ch. 183 - They Were the Boys and Girls of That Town

These epilogues always come in the last volume release so they're bait for readers to buy the last release. Scummy yeah.

Boy's Abyss - Ch. 183 - They Were the Boys and Girls of That Town

Oh I wasn't commenting on the quality of the ending. I think it's super rushed. I'm just amused by how many are questioning whether Reiji lived or died. They confirmed he lives with statement and actually showing him. Ryo even drew a page of older Nagi and Reiji holding hands. There's an...

Boy's Abyss - Ch. 183 - They Were the Boys and Girls of That Town

Based on the comments, I wonder how many people even noticed Reiji in the car when Chako signalled that he didn't need to come.

Boy's Abyss - Ch. 183 - They Were the Boys and Girls of That Town

I agree. Seems clear that they were saying their goodbyes properly underneath the shitflinging. But this is a moment that needed more than 3 pages. Damn, Reiji's life built up to that conversation. Definitely rushed.

Boy's Abyss - Ch. 183 - They Were the Boys and Girls of That Town

This is not an open-ending. It tells us exactly what happened to the characters. The only one even remotely kept ambiguous is Mao, but it's clear by Yuri's words that she intends on holding him captive. Reiji and Nagi lived and are working for Shinooka Gen is released and living with Chako...

    Boy's Abyss - Ch. 182 - Nobody’s There

Mao is unquestionably the biggest mistake in this manga. Probably violates more than a few tenets of writing. Which is crazy because he was here from the start. We knew about him even before we were clued in on how crazy the entire scenario Ryo cooked was. It couldn't have been hard to sprinkle...

    Boy's Abyss - Ch. 182 - Nobody’s There

The last 40 or so chapters were mostly unnecessary. -Sensei's character should have ended when Reiji approved of her as his teacher. This was around chapter 120 -Gen and Chako were both fine. I would not change anything. -Shino'oka chapters didn't need to be more than 2, but they're not big...
