Tia was delivered way after the scene where Perez is asked to take a rest. They mentioned that he would be needed to split the big rock once he was rested - I felt it was implied there would be an elipse here

Love to have some Tia & Grandfather moment, but what can Ivan do against Angenas? He is responsible for managing his estate, even if the requests from Angenas were too extreme, that was his choice to comply and sell.
