Author has no idea what speed of light is. Assuming an average arrow weight of 18 gm ,and assuming it's actually moving at the speed of light like the author said. then the relativistic mass of that arrow is m = m0/sqrt(1 - V2/C2) = 18/sqrt(1 - 1) = ∞. Then it's has Kinetic Energy = mc2 - m0 c2...
