You'll have to "install" the PWA, the link I sent has instructions on how to do it in Chrome

The screenshot of Samsung is that of the PWA (Progressive Web App). This "installs" the website like an application, and adds some extra/different functionality.

Account settings are saved in your browser's local storage, so if you have a setting or extension that automatically clears it, everything will get reset

The lettering has been done by Steve Dutro, so big chance it's one of his own exclusive fonts

Ignoring the whole ordeal with MTL, allowing only one native and one fluent language would be a very bad idea. People can have more than one native language, and being fluent in multiple languages is not uncommon.
