@Rin2k, on the contrary, this manga is actually the first of GTO-genre that actually focus more on the students and have the Male MC's past as a major plot mystery instead of it being explained in the beginning as a reason of why they take on teaching seriously.

@Soleilsky, i forgot which chapter, but it was shown and then implied that the handsome young teacher is basically putting lease on all of his student with the prospect of romance with him. At best, his students simply find him dreamy and he thought of using that to help with the education process. At worst, he did actually seduced them all and make them obedient to him.

@Haremmony uhhh have you actually read Hammer Session!? because it's almost the same (less gags and MC doesn't behave as bluntly as Onizuka and is a bit more on the calculating side) as GTO. Also, there's no other reason as to why he's a teacher there other than running away from the law, the "teaching for the sake of the kids" comes in second. And no, these brats don't tell me anything I did not know already by reading the other two series, hence my previous comment about teacher's past.

@Rin2k, Yes i read Hammer Session, and in that the Teacher's backstory did get explained to us in the few first chapters, proving my point.

Like i said, this manga is the first in GTO-genre that did it in quite a refreshingly different that your usual GTO-like stories. Like for example: Even up to this chapter we haven't really seen Jimi-sensei in his off-hours, compared to GTO and HS.

It's fine if you find the usual GTO-formula more preferable than this but i am personally happy that this manga is not just a re-skin of GTO or HS.
