Like all of Hina's stories, this one hit really hard damn it. I agree with others who get the impression that some of these stories intentionally feature some foreshadowing in it, especially when it's someone other than Yuuma telling the story. Even the dead cop's story (chapter 47) might as well have screamed at us in bold letters that "Yuuma is not the victim in this situation".

Also lol at Yuuma going off to the hardware store to buy an anti-creep taser.

Yuuma, planning stuff to get rid of his perceived threat, just like Sora.

it was nice to hear a healing story from Hina.

Thanks for the chapter!

Hina's stories are always unnervingly sentimental. Maybe the older brother knew by that point that his death was intentional. If so, then that envy flew past his broken ghost head... because he just wanted his younger brother's pain to go away.

Just extrapolating, the younger brother has a lifetime of pressure, parental disdain, and eventual murder-driven guilt waiting for him. Did the murder ironically "free" the older brother from his own supposed cycle of expectation, perfection, and pressure? Either way, bro wanted to comfort his sibling before disappearing. What a man

That's probably a taser ngl
