@1059212 that happen when one is a victim of black company especially when its all male working environment(means less interaction with females.) It would been fine in its all male but still have energy and free time ( go to social events , parties etc) . Problem with black company is workers do not have time or energy for anything else .

This less interaction with the opposite sex tend to make one less choosy and standards low. When one is always berated with harsh language they would view people with even normal tone very courteous.

As long as he doesn't cross the line, it's ok to hold on to a crush when you severely lack that sort of feeling for most of your life. I wasn't too fond of the dragon design, looked really generic. But damn this is probably the most realistic in the sense of human capability in Isekai.

Ah, for someone of you dont understand, skilled programmers are often introverts just like this guy.
