A bit disappointed with that guys ending, felt too unresolved. But hng, the smooth lines at the very end was top tier, only wish he hadn't had floating question-marks too :p

thank god that last page happened, no need for unnecesary jealousy or ship with someone that would throw boiling soup in someone's head

I’m so relived they established the ship right at the end of the arc. The direction I though this was going was nooot nice at all. Go Aono-kun!

I think if the author wanted to explore abuse and it’s effects on victims they could’ve certainly approached it differently and more in depth but not like this;;;;

I'm so glad that they reported the bully to the police and he genuinely decided to atone instead of going for "oh you had a sad past so let's just forgive you and become best friends forever".

I might need to get my eyes checked, because I totally didn't see that surprise attack coming.

I'm honestly quite happy with how they resolved this arc. Like, it was pretty raw, but it was also *surprising* how it handled the bully and his reaction to his deeds against Sora and the things done to him sinking in, and it treated all of it with sincerity. That's a feeling I've come to expect from this manga, from its cast too, and I'm happy to see more of it.

I was expecting to follow the story of the other guy.

Also, gotta watch the household he grew up in. Family's got to be shit if he made it all the way to adulthood without knowing any kind of kindness and without proper direction on emotional inteligence/social interaction.

Aono-kun is a great counterpoint for such a broken character. He's also has a disadvantage compared to the rest of society (Funnily enough, this manga is about that) yet he's developed a really assertive and strong personality.
