I'm sure Ryuh Han has his reasons for being like that to Sang Hwa, like he really love(d) him but couldn't accept it so he's getting distracted by a lot of girls...
A pretty classic psychological denial but so true for some persons...
BUT as it is cruel for everyone (the girls too!) he'll need to stop. It hurts himself too.

I only hope Lee Geum isn't really in the mafia or even the sligtest bit linked to them or else Sang Hwa's trust in him will crumble really hard.

AND lastly I really love how Sang Hwa describes his feelings, not being sure if he's gay, if it's possessiveness, friendship or even love. Like him I'm pretty possessive in my friendships so I can really relate to those hesitations and doubts about the true nature of the affection you have for someone.
