Editor won't help machine translation, at best he'll cover up the bad nature but the mistakes and missing and/or mistranslated meanings will stay. It's actually better if such stuff remains unedited, at least that tells you not to trust the text.

If the poster used the translation from chinese I linked, the end result would be quite passable. Alas he didn't and the result is...
