Why are people calling the MC dumb for not realising hes strong at this point?
He's beat 1 wolf and fought a single guy. Based on his knowledge of the game he is weak, a novice is weak both ingame and in this world. The first guy hes fought used a very easy to dodge attack, of course his first thought is gonna be hes taking it easy on me. Even the wolf being a C rank threat, he simply thinks the one he beat must be weaker than most. He may have memories of his life in this world up till now but hes clearly been mistreated and shunned. Hell he practically been sent to die by his family, you think they're gonna explain that a wolf is really deadly to him?
That being said if he keeps this up then yes hes dumb and naive, but its the 3rd chapter so theres plenty of time to show hes not.

Yet somehow, he turn all that into 'kind people with tough love' or something, or like maybe the guild have a grand conspiracy putting up false information and everything just to 'gotcha' him.
