In the last chapter, it was implied Dorothy might have been dead because of all of the time that has passed (a thousand year or something like that) since she disappeared, but since she's an Elf that's not a problem. Yatta I guess.

It feels too convenient they'd find Dorothy without even lifting a finger, apart from saving her from the embrace of a man-eater plant. But then again, I'm not sure how it could be handled otherwise, anyway. It's not like Hajime & Lily would start travelling all over the world to track her down. If it was the original Dorothy's granddaughter, then maybe this would feel less convenient.

The Dorothy in the flashback had pointy ears, so maybe she was an elf or half-elf, so she could be alive.

But she being the new guild assistant is such an in-your-face thing... but I don't think it would be done in any other way with this series.

But there is something afoot in this.

might not be a coincidence, it was dorothys old house that got turned into a dungeon, her then being asigned to the area could have been planned
