I know it won't happen, but I just wish she'd tell him to get lost. He doesn't deserve her and she definitely deserves someone who will treat her better than a ultra-possessive stalker-boy.

@FredFriendly: Both of them are pretty flawed as far as their infatuations go; I wouldn't treat Erika as if she was some grand prize. She's pretty insensitive just as he is, but she has the benefit of being actually socially active in her clique while he's so socially awkward any time he says anything at all it's only because he's brought to a boiling point in his emotions. In short, let them do their thing; the author might be a bit of a butthead sometimes, but I'd bet (I'm really hoping) he won't scrape for the status quo like he did last time.
