I think he did. He struck things from a distance that shouldn't have been in the range of a short bow, and the elven Bles Gunner questioned him about his "still" posture. He just wasn't so powerful or enlightened that he killed his own existence, and became the arrow at that time. I can't remember clearly, but the concept of missing things with a bow should be entirely impossible to him. Kinda like how Fate's Lancer's Gae Bolg will always strike the heart.

I dislike Tomoe for two reasons. First, how much of a weeabo she is. I don't mind it too much, but whatever, I'm just making a comment.

The more significant issue is her policy on information reporting. Only tell Makoto of the things they're uncertain about if he asks? That's absolute shit and causes A LOT of problems, AS WE ARE LITERALLY SEEING. That's just stupid.

I absolutely agree. Like, what if something bad happens, and he gets angry while asking "Why didn't you tell me about this sooner?" and her response would probably be "Well, You didn't ask.".... which would piss most people off if they got that kind of attitude from someone else, especially if the issues could have been prevented with more better communication that's proactive instead of reactive. It's because of her policy that Rembrant guy is basically absolved of all his brutal crimes from past, present, and future...with Makoto being none the wiser.

@larcek after I posted that comment I re-read every chapter where Waka goes berserker, it was damn satisfactory! I recommend.

Aznoval for example, where they duel and Makoto kinda recognize him as a threat and stop going easy, that was so great! (chapter 283, just at the end of this chapter). Or when that door looked down on waka and waka just went full berserk(chapter 221)... Shiki and Tomoe seemed quite terrified by his faint smile, I wanna see that...

Ugh, the pain! Why this manga is just monthly!? You know what, I'm going to re-read the whole novel, so if you excuse me, I have to see young master's berserker mode again!
