She probably saw him beat that giant zombie first and then immediately find a way (burning) the whole horde of zombies gathered below him.
So it probably refers to his actual fighting strength, his ability to improvise and his readiness to burn something that has a human-like appearance and even was human some hours ago without any hesitation.
