Zombieman survives eveything and everyone. Homeless Emperor could stop him, kill him so many times Zombie Man couldn't counter attack.

But still, Zombie man survived everything, and he has no flaw like the ball inside that one monster in the alien arc. I highly doubt saitama would manage to destroy any cells of Zombie Man.
Ultimately Zombieman is like time itself, you can't escape it. That's why he's S class despite having the skill of maybe a below average A class hero.
