Now everyone knows why he's called "Sweet Mask". He puts on like he's a beautiful symbol of justice when really he's just a lunatic who wants to kill anything ugly, while also despising weakness. It's interesting because he's a hypocrite who turns out to be monstrous in appearance and actions. Looking forward to seeing his interactions with Saitama.

Sweet Mask may be in fact a True Hero. I don't like him at all, but he may turn out not so bad as he used to be? Even so, there was really almost nothing to pick on him, just his arrogant atitude.

A lot of people seem to think that Sweet Mask is better due to his ruthlessness, but I disagree. It makes me hate him more, he’s straddling the line of monster at this point if he doesn’t care about saving people. He falls into the same morality camp as Garou for me, but Garou’s the opposite of Sweet Mask in many ways and I appreciate him as a character more. Sweet Mask just seems like a power-hungry control freak psychopath imo (he only does hero duty for publicity and wants publicity for power, he purposefully blocks others from going into S-rank based on his own criteria presumably to limit competition for publicity which means competition for power, he doesn’t bat an eye at killing the rich guy’s special forces in this chapter once no one else is looking so that his publicity isn’t damaged so his power isn’t limited, etc. etc.)

Am I the only one who thinks Sweet Mask May be a monster himself? I think monsters remind him of his “ugly” monster side and he tries to eliminate them as fast as possible.
