@Excaseusfortis : All the identical twins I've known (not many) have been mirrors of each other... usually with hair going in opposite directions. So in every case I got into the habit of calling them the lefty-twin and the righty-twin (because I'm shit with names).

I can easily tell the difference. Miku is always pouty. Ichika has short hair. Yotsuba looks like Miku except she smiles and has slightly shorter hair. Itsuki always has her curly hair thingy. Nino has eyeliner. BOOM IM GENIUS MODE.
