Yeah, Yots is the BK. First, the only one who was fast enough to break from the group and catch back up without much notice is Yotsuba. She didn't speak, because Yotsuba knows that she can't lie to Uesagi, so if she says anything the jig is up. Finally, the pained expression of a sister who desperately wants what she feels she doesn't deserve to have and who feels guilty for doing it without regard for her sisters. Yeah, putting the clues together it'll be a real shock if it's not Yotsuba.
