Alright, conspiracy time. Right now, I'm convinced that the quintuplet's dad is not actually their dad. Rather, I think he's Fuutarou's. They are just so much alike personality wise, and Fuutarou's dad's personality seem more like the quints.

In the beginning of the manga they mentioned that both of their dads were acquaintances which is why Fuuts was hired for the job. Yet they don't really seem to get along much. I'm guessing the dad got Fuuts to tutor them so he could look after his son in a way.
