Komi-san always seemed to have some sort of focus but now it's just an endless cycle of character introductions for ones that are simply not interesting anymore. The last class had so many interesting characters that were actually fleshed out. Now it's just a parade of fucking nobodies except for a few hangers on from the last one. It's like the author moves the romance forward one centimeter and then proceeds to wallow in unfunny nonsense with new characters for the next five chapters.

My two cents after reading everyone else's comments: Not every human being is likable. Her character will probably be shown to be more likable later (because fiction) but for now, just relax and accept the fact that some people are just so against your preferences that you're bound to dislike them. She clearly has O.C.D. and that can cause some people to become off-putting. Sometimes, symptoms of O.C.D. can be used humorously, but I find it refreshing whenever it's shown to be an obstacle in one's personal life or in other's lives. Humorous: chucking her cardigan out the window and then attempting the same with her shirt. Feels bad: the way she made Ase nope the heck out and made Komi's stalker-mode switch enable. This just shows that even though this manga's characters are designed to fit into tropes/roles/archetypes/etc even to the point they have matching names, the characters still can have complexity and range. Yes, that was just 2 cents, my opinions are not very expensive. lol
