Some of it has been explained. After he decursed Ravi and they reached the village, she gave him a ring. A ring, which was very precious to the hero, who would never drop it. And then there was the mention of the necklace used to curse Ravi.

Basically, he decursed Ravi, found a very good necklace, then she found a ring belonging to one very specific individual after he decursed himself. So, the who's behind it is clear, the why , how and when aren't.
