It's more interesting at how desperate she wants him to never talk about her attempting to scam people on the train.

What a pain in the ass that girl is.
"You can keep your money and your promise; I was giving you my word, but since you so clearly refused it just now... See ya."
Then just walk away.

@Nep Uh no, it'll just teach his daughter to be another naive pure hearted brat that will get involved to troubles. He has to teach her not only how to care about others, but also about apathy. This is a cruel world, where unnecessary sympathy could get you trouble, and right now when the MC planned to separate from her, it is even more important to make her learn about apathy, it's to protect her from jumping into troubles.

And for your point: 1) who the fuck care about the girl's trust issue, she's a stranger, don't unnecessarily get involved with stranger, especially a troublesome one, he should teach his daughter this if he planned to separate from her later. 2) sure he doesn't want it, but it's not a problem either, and it'll make the girl go away quickly, stay away from problematic individual. 3) what problem are you talking about? if he take the money then it's a done matter, not taking it however, would just get him more involved with the problem source, that it the girl.

And no, the MC is not a hero, he's the hero's mentor. If it's a hero nature that is sympathy and get involved, the he should teach him apathy and stay away from unnecessary problem.

"Shut up and take my money"
I Hope this reference was on purpose. :D

Thanks for the Chapter. I hope her past actions are revealed and that the money isn't foreshadowing her being involved in the situation in some ways.

Yea, only that girl seems to be one of the girls he's going to be protecting. Also, he's a "good guy", so obviously he wants to solve issues in the best way possible. Taking the money would be an easy way out, which is just not his way of doing things. Not to mention he's now a role model for his daughter. Gotta show how a good person acts.

@Askorti That's why I said the MC is like a naive pure hearted brat that summoned from another world, which more often than not is a "good guy", or more suitable to be called goody two shoes. And about the girl is one of the people he's going to protect is a separate matter from the current issue, that's why MC should quickly be done with this issue and proceed with the guarding job detail. Also, like I said in another comment, he has to teach his daughter not only how to care about others, but also about apathy. This is a cruel world, where unnecessary sympathy could get you trouble, and right now when the MC planned to separate from her, it is even more important to make her learn about apathy, it's to protect her from jumping into troubles.

Uhh...what just happened?

That girl really threw a tantrum there, didn't she? No, more importantly, she's clearly a bad influence on Ravi!

"What part of me looks like a kid"

That part where you throw tantrum and all. . .
