All these "claiming a series" is getting ridiculous. Nobody claimed anything, scanlator translate what they like/want at their own pace. If someone want to release at a faster pace they're free to do so. What Harmone did would be almost harmless if not for that drama bait end page. If a manga still only has 1 chapter after months that only means the manga is not liked well enough by anybody. The scanlator doesn't like it enough to bump it on priority list, the other scanlator doesn't like it enough to release a faster releases and the reader doesn't like it enough to attempt translating it by themselves. Remember, beggars can't be choosers.
