So it has been 30 years they are in magical sleep
Since no one surprised street food is still ok after 30 year, i guess this is a world where rotting process is not a thing ?

It has already established in the first few chapters that the food are still OK. All the food in the castle are still edible and all the characters were also wonder about that too. It seems that the sleeping magic preserves the food just like with human.

Some time after everyone wakes up...
Pawnbroker: This is a royal jewel! How did you get this?
Gelato cart guy: It was just sitting on my counter when I woke up, I swear!

My head canon is even the fungal spores and bacteria are 'asleep' so no fermentation or spoiling occurred for the last 30 years.

Like that one scp where it's a blanket universal death occurs when entering a tunnel, so all food was only found to be dusty but not rotten.

It's a magical statis sleep. The food in the castle is all fine, too.
I really wonder about the Witch. Not just because she is MY bride candidate, but because while it's a hell of a curse, it's also oddly... benevolent. Put everyone to sleep, freeze everything as it was, and put a dragon out front to protect the town from anyone who might try and steal or conquer it.
Why do this? It's an odd way to punish a kingdom.

Hell. The fact that stuff like insects and animals didn't eat the food is a far bigger question IMO. I wonder if the author will address it or just go "manga stuff"

What the hell is the witch doing. Why isn't she trying to put the princesses back to sleep or something. Since her first appearance, theres been not a peep from her.
