I got excited. Went "OH YES A NEW CHAPTER" but it's chapter 38 again.

Thanks for the translation but a bit bummed

As far as mixing up his words, being an expert in a field doesn't mean you can express that knowledge perfectly in any language, so him getting it mixed up is a perfectly valid headcanon. Though when it comes to science gaffs in fiction, it's usually safest to blame the author.

Thanks for the update! I'm surprised Ivona had it in her to kick Sally out, cuz honestly Sally has been acting pretty shaddy

Heh. The Duke is jelly. Both in her arms and as an emotion. She's good for him though, as along as he doesn't throw an unreasonable tantrum, which he hasn't yet.

This maid...I'm not sure what's going on. Brainwashing? A plant? I always had the impression that Sophie was a good, sincere friend, so...what's up? Ivona should have insight into what she'd do if their friendship is pushed too.

The note at the ending is one of the reasons i love your translation.

I know Korean authors don't care or research protocol, good manners, and such, but it bothers me to no end the absolute lack of formalities in a period story. I know, sometimes, they want to show how "progressive" their characters are but that's not how being "progressive" works; they should call her Milady always, not Ma'am or any other form (minus the new tiger guy coz he doesn't know), and she should address the governess by a "Mrs. whatever" not her name, not to mention those inappropriate hugs.
