But the stuff you collects doesn't really have any value though unlike physical collections. Plus the amount of money you spent on it is just ridiculously high. It's honestly worst than gambling.

@Sonaldo ehh to each their own. its a game. value is subjective. you cant really compare what's worst based on that. if people have money they can spends on what they like

@Cerberuz1 go get that tummy. i believe in you.

It never ends with a 10 pull (unless you've got no gacha currency/real life money left)

The irony of this chapter is that the person working at home is trying to save money yet the one who is working at a job just want to spend. Miku wanted to spend money on gacha and the husband of the woman bought her an expensive bracelet (I say expensive because she got worried amount the amount of missing money).

@stray_dog_

I play gacha (i played like 2 in my life tbh) and basically there is a reward system. The collecting aspect also helps (get all the characters/all the rare cards etc), but is mostly the way the games themselves are built to keep you hooked.

People who can afford to pay what seems like a few dollars have it worse though. They buy "cheap packs" thinking they are investing in the game for better resources (more gems, more rare materials etc) and this generates a snowballing effect later on when they realize they spent an insane amount of money on crap that is easily farmeable for free.

Anyways, gacha games are well built to make you A) Spend a lot of time on them and B) Spend money on them. If you do A the chances to do B increase.

Miku nooo. Admittedly I don't mind buying stuff on gatcha games. Only when they make an event I really enjoy.

You can grind enough coin into play to make a gacha roll with a lot of patience.
And then there are the battle cats who practically give a premium currency as if nothing had happened, and give access to the ads to get 1 premium currency. But because the way the game is made even if you buy the currency, and get some of the best units, if you are bad at strategizing you still lose at beating levels.
