She's hella mean, but she made points, it is true Komi has everyone at her beck and call and most people (everyone...?) give her special treatment because she's put on a pedestal for her looks (now that I think about it, it does seem shallow lol). Also completely unrelated, but I really like Najimi's character, they're so chaotic but lowkey their intentions are in a way good?? Like I can't tell because they're the token slapstick comedy character but so far their shenanigans have led to komi making new friends or getting closer to other people or breaking the ice.

Yeeeaaahhh, this girl is gonna have to put in effort to redeem herself in my eyes. Sure, she made some good points, but that was a jackass way of putting it. When it comes to social anxiety, these kind of comments are rarely the kick in the pants people think they are, and is often just knocking a person down after they put in a lot of work to improve. It can be very discouraging and demotivating for a person that already takes immense effort to put themselves out there.

Side Note: I’m surprised people are kicking up a fuss about cross dressing Tadano. I just went "oh, Tadano is cross dressing again" and went about reading the rest of the chapter. It never would have occurred to me that anyone would have any kind of strong thoughts about this.
