@Paltiel You can block the group by clicking their group name and doing it via their profile.
The only downside is that this "group" doesn't have their own page and using a default one, so blocking that would block any other groups that are using "Unkown" as well.
Best you could do is report it and hope the admins re-number the chapter, or just remove it.

Uploads aren't blocked, but are filtered by new users/new people uploading to an established series. This is a legitimate upload and screened appropriately, so was let through and "published".
