@magnetsmangadex I assumed it was in reference to her lack of manners not her being physically a menace or anything. Maybe a later chapter will clear that up. Her punishment is being shown as reading poetry though so I assumed she was acting nonviolent.

Yeah... I am not liking that prince. The stepbrother, too, is partially irresponsible. Like you know that your sister has lost her memories but still leave her alone without an escort or similar? Isn't that just asking for an accident to happen? Also, he immediately jumped onto the sister to apologize without asserting the situation. I know the other party is the prince and needs to be treated courteously but that doesn't give him a free pass to do what he wants and invade someone else's comfort zone and disregard their objections in any way whatsoever.
