I don't like Kiel, he just rubs me the wrong way. It's not that he is suspicious or anything I just don't see him romantically with the female lead. I also dislike that he has the underhand as the female lead has a better impression of him vs the crown prince who she has the impression of a killer in her head with. Which is ironic because I'm sure Kiel can be just like that maybe even scarier. How ever the thing that got on my nerves mainly is that the female lead doesn't have a backbone, I mean she does but it's for trivial things that don't need it. For one I do appreciate she declined both Kiel and the West Emperor for being her escorts however she became mushy and accepted Kiels request even though she was worried about being rude to the West Emperor even though he asked first and she completely ignored him when she accepted Kiels request. I genuinely feel like she should have declined both of them and carried on, as stupid or "feminist crazy" as this sounds I genuinely think she should have went solo on it, she may be a woman but she should've just made a statement right then and there she doesn't need people to come to her rescue or tend to her like that all the time. I don't know, with her personality and bluntness it just made no sense why she didn't just refuse and carried on.
